Very manageable, creative App
I've downloaded this app as I plan to visit Brent X shopping centre tomorrow. Like everyone else on here I'm also frustrated that the app keeps crashing but what I find even more annoying is that not one person, who developed this app, has the courtesy to respond to any of the issues flagged up by your customers. Poor service.
It stopped working.uninstalled and downloaded again.still the same problem.
Since the last update doesn't open, loads up then closes
I am using this app since last one year and very happy with offers. unfortunately since last week is not working properly and can't open it or use it. please fix it...
Downloaded 3 times but still doesn't work. It is advertised to get free entry to beach but the app didn't work costing me £12 entry fee. Who can I complain to?

Difficult to use. Worse than using the paper maps.
